\nYet even the \u201csecret of hap\u00adpi\u00adness\u201d \u2013 like the sen\u00adti\u00admen\u00adtal defense of the US consti\u00adtu\u00adtion with which Pakula\u2019s film overt\u00adly ends \u2013 may not be the best way of spe\u00adci\u00adfying the way in which, here, the solem\u00adni\u00adty of a wor\u00adking out of des\u00adti\u00adny is conjoi\u00adned inter\u00admit\u00adtent\u00adly with a well-nigh ecs\u00adta\u00adtic glimpse of the para\u00addi\u00adsal.
