You can chill (PAM452) by rad fuer alle<\/a><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s very very safe, not as spoo\u00adky as it used to be but still char\u00adming and pro\u00adba\u00adbly more quiet than what you can hear on TV. It has a lot of lit\u00adtle shops and&nbsp;bars.<\/p>\n<p>To be honest, it is a mix of night\u00adlife, res\u00adtau\u00adrants and lit\u00adtle shops. So you can shop in the mor\u00adning, enjoy a good meal out\u00adside and rock it to the next mor\u00adning in one of our ille\u00adgal base\u00adments. In fact you should try to shop in the mor\u00adning, it\u2019s beau\u00adti\u00adful (I love lit\u00adtle shops, I can give&nbsp;tips).<\/p>\n<p>Most of the houses in the area are beau\u00adti\u00adful\u00adly reno\u00adva\u00adted. There are some good squats. Besides, we have the best Korean BBQ place, best Italian, best Thai, beer Garden, German Currywurst Place, Tapas bar, best Sushi, Popup Dumpling, Mexican Tacos\/Guacamole all in 5mins wal\u00adking dis\u00adtance. I can wave over to them from my balcony&nbsp;:-)<\/p>\n<p>I love get\u00adting in touch with people for tips. So far, I always got good reports on my tips. Normally it\u2019s just me and my girl\u00adfriend during the day. I\u2019m very present, spe\u00adcial\u00adly during the day, because I\u2019m free\u00adlance, but you can also smoke a ciga\u00adrette with my girl\u00adfriend on the balcony.<\/p>\n<p>Interaction always depends on the guest, but gene\u00adral\u00adly I love to give tips and am always open to enjoy a juice with the guest :) I think that in gene\u00adral my guests appre\u00adciate my tips but you can also orga\u00adnize your stay the way you want, I\u2019m only here during the day any\u00adway so feel&nbsp;free&nbsp;:-)<\/p>\n<p>There should always be some\u00adthing of your taste, some have pro\u00adblems though. don\u2019t trust eve\u00adry\u00adbo\u00addy, I can give tips. Also, the ping pong and bowls is just around the cor\u00adner. When you leave, don\u2019t for\u00adget to leave a review in the&nbsp;book.<\/p>\n<p>Besides your guest room you can par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpate in using the ful\u00adly out\u00adfit\u00adted eat-in kit\u00adchen, the bathroom with sho\u00adwer and bath\u00adtub and the spa\u00adcious living room. You should not hesi\u00adtate to use them all but of course you can also just relax on the bal\u00adco\u00adny. I\u2019m only here during the day, most\u00adly wor\u00adking on my thing with my girlfriend.<\/p>\n<p>Here you can find dif\u00adferent kinds of art. It\u2019s very very plu\u00adral. It can be weird at first how plu\u00adral, people even call it \u00ab&nbsp;lit\u00adtle eve\u00adry\u00adthing&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;;-) Since I work from home, I am very flexible in time, so that you can actual\u00adly arrive at any time or ask me for tips while I\u2019m wor\u00adking, plus I never say no to a good juice on the bal\u00adco\u00adny. My girl\u00adfriend runs an off-space at night so she knows a lot of people with projects.<\/p>\n<p>The flat is loca\u00adted and is cen\u00adtral to cafes, res\u00adtau\u00adrants and tren\u00addy bars that mark near\u00adly eve\u00adry cor\u00adner. I am hap\u00adpy to give you more tips on things to do and see here when you arrive&nbsp;! \u00ab&nbsp;Neuk\u00f6lln&nbsp;\u00bb is a live\u00adly neigh\u00adbo\u00adrhood and it is popu\u00adlar with stu\u00addents, artists, and other people. And frank\u00adly, who says no to a good old squat par\u00adty they throw around here&nbsp;?<\/p>\n<p>You can find theire a lot of bars and res\u00adtau\u00adrants. Good shop\u00adping pos\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adtys are loca\u00adted in about 5 min by walk from the appar\u00adte\u00adment. Every cor\u00adner is mar\u00adked by a tren\u00addy bar. There are still some non tren\u00addy bars, but it is very clear as well when a bar is tren\u00addy or not. I find it very prac\u00adti\u00adcal, with my girlfriend.<\/p>\n<p>The space is big enough for two people to spend entire days inside. Its cosy, there is some WLAN and a Sound-System. The time I spend in the apart\u00adment, I am always up for espres\u00adso and inter\u00ades\u00adting lit\u00adtle talks. You can go gro\u00adce\u00adry shop\u00adping in all kind of shops and almost 24h per day&nbsp;; it depends on what you need. If you see some tips in the bathroom don\u2019t be sca\u00adred, I ins\u00adtal\u00adled them myself.<\/p>\n<p>People from a lot of dif\u00adferent cultu\u00adral back\u00adgrounds live next to each other and create a social and most\u00adly warm and nice vibe. The vibe can be pret\u00adty crual in some neigh\u00adbou\u00adring streets tho, you should\u2019nt go out at night without having asked me for tips. Weather you are a couple, two friends, three chil\u00addren, four pigs or a single busi\u00adness tra\u00advel\u00adler, the flat is pret\u00adty much a very good thing to spend day and&nbsp;night.<\/p>\n<p>Have so-cal\u00adled brunch and atmos\u00adphe\u00adric din\u00adners in the large eat-in kit\u00adchen. Prepare your own meal in the well-equ\u00adped kit\u00adchen when you don\u2019t feel like going out. One bedroom has a cosy loft bed where you can sleep into the day if you feel like it, it\u2019s just me on my girl\u00adfriend anyway.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel like you want to get ins\u00adpi\u00adred, let your gaze wan\u00adder over the yard and the roof of this typi\u00adcal apart\u00adment buil\u00adding. Have cof\u00adfee or a glass of wine on the bal\u00adco\u00adny soa\u00adking the atmos\u00adphere. My apart\u00adment\u2019s spe\u00adcial fea\u00adtures and its great loca\u00adtion make it the per\u00adfect home for me, my guests, and the pas\u00adsio\u00adnate tra\u00adve\u00adlers in general.<\/p>\n<p>Small and \u00ab&nbsp;inde\u00adpen\u00addant&nbsp;\u00bb cafes and res\u00adtau\u00adrants, gal\u00adle\u00adries but also shops and super\u00admar\u00adkets just a five minutes walk away. And of course&nbsp;: nice playing courts for the kids. All kind of&nbsp;kids.<\/p>\n<p>The area is full of hip, fan\u00adcy ille\u00adgal clubs, res\u00adtau\u00adrants, bars and caf\u00e8s where you can enjoy ama\u00adzing break\u00adfast, lunch and delight\u00adfull din\u00adners\u2026 inclu\u00adding beers, wines from around the world as well as tra\u00addi\u00adtio\u00adnal or eth\u00adnic food. It\u2019s all very eth\u00adnic, and I enjoy it, per\u00adson\u00adna\u00adly with my girlfriend.<\/p>\n<p>In short it\u2019s warm, bright and char\u00adming, it\u2019s fur\u00adni\u00adshed, it\u2019s in the pul\u00adsing heart of my favo\u00adrite dis\u00adtrict, which is often des\u00adcri\u00adbed by locals as \u00ab&nbsp;one of the fas\u00adtest deve\u00adlo\u00adping areas since 2008&nbsp;\u00bb.
